Jamia Hamdard University Reopening: Jamia Hamdard University has decided to reopen colleges in a phased manner to conduct classes in physical mode for final year students of undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses from September 7. During this, the Kovid-19 protocol will be followed. The classes for final year students will be conducted in mixed mode (offline and online).

Jamia Hamdard has said in a statement that, “Final year students of various courses like B Sc, B Tech, B Pharm, BUMS, BBA, M Sc M Tech, MBA, MCA, M Pharma, Paramedical Science and Rehabilitation Science 7 From September afternoon, you will be able to participate in offline classes with 50% capacity in each shift.
Jamia Hamdard’s statement also said, “In order to ensure the health and well-being of the students and staff, only those students who have been allowed in the first phase will be allowed to enter the campus as well.”
Students will be able to return to campus from next week
The university said that other undergraduate and postgraduate students will be allowed to return to the campus from next week after review. Till then, classes for the rest of the courses will continue to be conducted in online mode.

Jamia Hamdard University vice-chancellor Afshar Alam said that all students who have been allowed to attend offline classes will be required to “have a negative RT-PCR test report and vaccination certificate at the time of admission to the university and one signed by their parents.” Undertaking / production of consent is mandatory.” He said, “Everything will be done in a phased and systematic manner. For offline classes, the first preference will be given to the final year students. After the first step is implemented, we’ll see how it goes. Once the practice is successful, we will expand it to other batches and courses.”
